Question about Hall of Monuments - Guild Wars Forums

In order to gain rewards in GuildWars 2 will you have to re-use the name of your character and will it have to be under the same email address?

Hope this makes sense...

You will be given an option in GW2 to link to a GW1 account for HoM, but the details of this are unknown. It is extremely unlikely that the same email would be required. Anet hasn't told us how exactly it will work, but you surely won't have to reuse your old toons' names.

Here's hoping that they just work the linking through your NCSoft account and won't require you to respond to an e-mail sent to the address you use as your GW account name from the pre-NCSoft account days ('cos I lost access to that address at least 3 years ago and, of course, now it can't be changed
